Are any presenters available for clips:write on Build plan?

Hello. I'm getting the error "user has no permission for clips:write" when trying to create a clip by posting to api.d-id.com/clips.

I understand from doing a search here that this is an error that relates to Premium presenters not being available to the Build plan.

I agree with other users here that this should be made clear in the documentation.

Are any presenters at all available to use on the Build plan?
