I try using talk endpoint using my own audio file. I get an error.

Status code: 400, Response: {"kind":"BadRequestError","description":"cannot validate https://enwise-efl.s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/video_script/audio_part_1.wav - may be corrupted or does not exist"}

My audio file is less than 1 MB and the link is accessible. What is wrong with my audio?

I also try to upload my audio to D-iD and get 500 internal error.
