I was just finishing up my project (and had just upgraded my account with more credits) and now suddenly no videos are being generated and I keep getting this "Try again later" message. This has been down ALL DAY!!!! I've lost a whole day of work on my project because of this. WHAT THE HELL???? My customer service email has also gone unanswered. So much for the "gold" customer service level I just upgraded to.

WHEN IS THIS GETTING FIXED!!!!! I am literally getting screwed here.
