I purchased the Build package of API Pricing for $18. I saw that the Build package description in API Pricing includes support for subtitles (SRT file). However, when I use the API to create a talk clip and set the subtitle value to true, I receive a message saying my account does not have permission to use subtitles. Could you please explain why this is?
