I am having issues with the credit plan on my account

I can't make videos. In the iOS app, the 'Credits Left' section keeps loading and doesn't update, which prevents me from making videos. However, in 'Current Plan', the subscribed Lite plan does appear. I’ve tried logging in on Safari and Chrome on my PC, but it says I have no credits. My email is [email protected]. I urgently need a solution or a refund.
