Link/Button to submit a question for the agent to answer

Is possible to use a link to submit a question for the agent to answer?

For example, on an e-Learning platform I have a question and the student didn't understand. So the student clicks on a link/button and through this link the question is sent to the agent and the agent that is embedded in the page answers?
