Add product to cart, using Agent.

HI, we have been trying to achieve a goal where user can add meals to their cart by just asking to the agents. Till now we are able to upload menu from the backend and users can ask the information through the agent (embedded), but we also want to achieve a functionality where user can actually ask the agent to add it to their cart. Is there any webhook or something? How do we do this?
