How to Keep the Animated Avatar Active After Finishing Speech in Talk Streams?

I am currently using the Realtime Endpoints, specifically the Talk Streams API, and I have a question regarding avatar animation.

Is there a way to keep my animated avatar visually active (e.g., blinking, small movements) after it has finished speaking? I would like the avatar to remain animated rather than going static while waiting for the next input.Thank you for your guidance!
