talks/streams takes too long to start the stream

With my free account to get the stream for a small sentence of 15-17 words, it takes around 6-7 seconds to get the stream ready once the peer connection is established. At this moment, the waiting period is long.

If we purchase a plan, will it improve it, or will it stay the same? Do you have any reference documentation where we can learn more about the service facilities of your different plans?
