How to correct misreadings in the voice created with "clone voice"

Hi,

We are creating voice using "clone voice" and reflecting it in the agent to investigate the quality of the voice.

The agent's language is set to Japanese, and we are conducting dialogues in Japanese.

During the dialogue, there are a few instances where the reading of Kanji is incorrect, so we are investigating the cause.

Is the TTS for the voice created with "clone voice" developed by D-ID?

Also, is it possible to change the TTS for the voice created with "clone voice" to Microsoft's TTS only?
