are there image limits when uploading an mage?

I have an application using the endpoint for create talk.

For some reason, I keep getting an error 400 when trying to upload a .jpg that's 1024x1024 px and 104kb in file size but accepts the resized version of the same image(600x600px 28.6kb).

Are there limitations that we are not aware of?

please help.
