Request for Access to Custom Scene Features in D-ID API

Dear D-ID Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am currently using the PRO PLAN with my account, and I have been integrating the D-ID API to develop a virtual agent for my project.

Everything has been working smoothly until I attempted to use a custom driver_url along with the features auto_match, motion_factor, stitch, and driver_expressions. Unfortunately, I encountered the following error message:

"User has no permission for custom scene."

I suspect that this issue arises because my current plan does not grant access to these features. However, when reviewing the pricing plans on your website, I noticed that all plans, including mine, mention support for Emotions & Expressions, which makes me wonder if I might be missing a required upgrade or setting.

I would deeply appreciate your guidance on how I can enable these features. If an upgrade is necessary, please advise on the appropriate plan or any additional steps I need to take. These functionalities are critical for my project, and I am eager to fully utilize the capabilities of the D-ID API.
