Is it possible to place an agent elsewhere and start it in the open mode?

Hello,
we would like to place the agent on the left side and change position: fixed to position: absolute or relative.
Is this possible, and if so, how can we adjust it?

Additionally, is it possible to start the agent in full view right away and hide the button for opening and closing?
