API Authorization Issue – 403 Forbidden

Dear D-ID Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the D-ID API and would appreciate your assistance.

I have a Commercial License and have generated a new API key. However, when making requests to the API, I receive a 403 Forbidden response with the following error message:

I have ensured that:
✔ My API key is correctly formatted in the Authorization header as Bearer API_KEY.
✔ I have tested the key using both GET https://api.d-id.com/accounts and POST https://api.d-id.com/talks.
✔ I have generated a new API key, but the issue persists.
✔ I have checked my account settings, and I do have a Commercial License.

Could you please confirm if there are any restrictions on my API key or if I need to make any adjustments to my account settings?
