How to Generate Realistic Human Images Instead of Avatars?

Hello,

I am a physician and have been using this program for some time to create clinical case presentations. Previously, I was able to generate images of women with a realistic human appearance. However, recently, I noticed that the generated images look more artificial, resembling avatars rather than real people.

How can I generate images of women with a truly realistic appearance again, without the avatar-like look?
