Can I preview voices by Language and Voice via the API like in the Agent UI?

In the Agent UI, I can select a voice based on both Language and Voice, and I can also listen to a preview for each voice.
Is this functionality available via the API as well?

From what I see, the Get Voices endpoint only takes provider and id as parameters. It’s not clear if I can access or filter voices by language, or preview the audio through the API.
Is there a way to achieve this via API?
