Won't update new plan

I Ran out of credits and upgraded my plan from the lite 1pack to the lite 3 pack and it’s just buffering after I paid my money !! I need this work asap I have content to submit this is unacceptable ! Why offer a service and not fulfil it !! If I pay my money I want the service this is a huge inconvenience
