Can we get triggers to end point with in the conversation.

While a user is intreracting with the Agent, once Agent give some responces is it possible to get those responses as parameters form end points? i.e. Agent asks a city name, and pass out the nearest airport name to the api? Secondly can we feed I with information via the api during a conversation?
