Knowledge base on 3rd party API

The product looks very neat. I'm wondering why there wouldn't be an option to call an external API to receive the text to say. For instance, I want to include my entire product catalog for search without being limited to the knowledge doc count on the platform. I will subscribe to chatgpt / gemma etc... on my side and then your service calls my API for me to return my product embedded information along with whatever text the LLM of choice returns.
