Can it Talk without clicking "voice" mode?

Hello, I can see that there is a chat option with your agent. In order to talk, I have to click on the voice mode option available in the chat screen.. I wonder if there is a way to create an agent which I can embed on my screen and it can just talk to the person across the screen without having to click on the voice mode or chat mode. I do not even need the chat mode.
