Streaming an existing agent - troubleshooting

I created an agent using the UI (agt_GzLXrKG3), but cannot access the image/ 'get the agent'

I found the image here: https://create-images-results.d-id.com/google-oauth2%7C100880435633322229583/upl_wC1o3gT55i3RDZQiWKNaE/thumbnail.jpeg but it doesn't work when called.

This default avatar URL does work: https://create-images-results.d-id.com/DefaultPresenters/Zivva_f/thumbnail.jpeg

What's the difference, and why can't I access the agent image I created?
