Hi. I am creating my second agent with a real estate website, where I have feed the knowledge of the agent with the necessary questions to refine the search of the visitor's needs and finally make the user leave his contact information. As a thought is great but is missing practiacally all the background necessary, to keep track of every single conversation.

How could we can have a copy of each and every conversation delivered when a visitor is starting a new conversation with my agent?

Maybe also by recoginizing, in this case stud, the agent would try to gather information from the visitor, like how much money is willing to spend, the area of interest, if he needs a loan, etc. At the end of the specific questions answered, must the agent lead him to let a message and his phonenumber, so a real agent could get back to him and discuss in person what he needs.

How can we recieve a chat copy of every visitor based on his unique ip? Every question and answer should be marked with ip of the visitor.

Also I propose that the agent coulds use the old chat to recogized the visitor/ It has to support my language of origin (Greek) .

Do you think you could give us such a soloution? Thid would help us generate leads in every market, since you have a representqative salesman (The agent) who;s is trained to state the right questions to the byer or seller (visitor) and do it 24/7 with the same proffesionalism.
