Not working monthly Lite plan

Yesterday I have paid the invoice through your service and received a receipt at my email address. The selected plan is Lite – 1 month.
When I follow the link from your email and access my billing account, I see a balance of $5.90. However, when I log into the working studio, my balance shows as $0 and my account status is still Trial.
What is going on? Please resolve this issue and activate the Lite plan for the account as per the payment.
