About LLM Integration and Live Agent Experience!

Hello D-ID Support Team,

I am currently using the Build plan (paid version) and have a couple of questions regarding your platform:

If I use the D-ID API (not the embedded widget), is it possible to create a truly live, real-time agent conversation—where the avatar responds instantly and speaks in sync with the conversation, just like in the D-ID web chat? Or is the API limited to generating videos after a delay for each response?

If I use the D-ID embedded agent widget on my website, is it possible to integrate my own LLM API (such as OpenAI or Together AI) so that the agent’s responses come from my chosen LLM, instead of the default one managed by D-ID? If not, is there any way to customize or override the LLM used by the embedded agent?
