Use of D-ID Agents for Structured Data Collection from Website Visitors
Hello,
We are currently evaluating D-ID Agents for integration with our CRM systems and had a few questions regarding the functionality.
Specifically, is it possible for an AI Agent to interact with website visitors, collect structured information during the conversation (such as name, gender, contact preferences, etc.), and then output this data in a structured summary format that could be used for further integration with CRM systems?
Our goal is to have the Agent conduct a human-like conversation, extract relevant client data, and then provide a final report or payload that we can use to automatically populate CRM fields.
Is such a workflow possible via your API (Agents or Streams), and if so, what would be the best way to implement it?
