Generate Key API button.

I have use the "Generate Key API" button then i use this "Z21vb24wMjE5QGdtYWlsLmNvbQ:oTrUQ6K-T27Mg99PXMEid" This api into the php file and create the avatar. But my avatar can'nt created in my dev file.
I have to develop the avatar with photo to video please you provide me the correct API key. where i have to develop the text and image to convert into the video. Hope you can take my help.
