Open AI for knowledge base

I would like my Agent/Avatar to use my logged in OpenAi account. Can you walk me through how I can make that connection? I have it for Open AI 40 but it is not with the same memory context as our "branded" account. What is the best way to do this? Also, I have found a voice from elevenlabs that I would like to integrate. Can you also provide protocol for doing that?
