I want to enable the subtitles option in the video and increase upload image file size limit

Hi team, I want to enable the subtitles option in the video. I tried to pass the subtitles parameter in the request body but it failed saying permission denied for subtitles, I have bought Launch Package.

Another issue is that image size above 1Mb is throwing error that File size exceeded. max size allowed is 10Mb. I am receiving this error even though I have Launch package.
