D-ID <> Zoom Enterprise

Im trying to build the below usecase
In a Zoom live session, can we have an AI agent (like D-ID) to welcome folks? And if the human agent is away, maybe it could send a ping or call to bring them back.
That way, there’s no silence and the session keeps flowing.
Not sure if it’s technically possible — but maybe something we can explore using Zoom webhooks + D-ID?
