Please enable Live Agent Streaming for my API Key

Hi D-ID team,

I’m working on a smart home React application using your D-ID API (Agent ID: v2_agt_uXxIkd5T). I’m trying to stream a live AI avatar using /agents/{agentId}/chat and /talks/streams, but I’m receiving this error:

User is not authorized to access this resource with an explicit deny

Can you please enable access to the Live Portrait / Real-Time Streaming APIs for my account so I can use the live avatar in my project?
