Getting errors creating new D-ID Agent

Just got approved to beta test D-ID Agents. I tried creating an agent twice and received an error message that the agent cannot be created.

"Failed to create agent" is displayed on the screen. Am I losing my credits to keep trying?

What am I doing wrong?
