I have now tried on different 2 days to create a second agent but everytime it fails to create. I now just this morning lost another 4 credits due to this failure. I also had a few failures with the first agent and lost credits. This should not happen if creation fails. Also what i steh reason for the multiple failures?

Just got approved to beta test D-ID Agents. I tried creating an agent twice and received an error message that the agent cannot be created. "Failed to create agent" is displayed on the screen. Am I losing my credits to keep trying? What am I doing wrong?

I've followed the basic instructions and uploaded documents successfully but it fails each time. I've wasted 4 credits now, so what should we be doing exactly to make the Agents work? For reference, I've uploaded 5 documents and they are under 15mb each (although the instructions state 20mb, seems like 15mb is the actualy feasible limit). Additionally, is there someway we can get refund on credits to try the Agents? Right now it's just sinking credits. I will keep trying and report back. Thanks.
