Can I use D-ID if I have no coding or development knowledge? I want to create presentations with an avatar but I have no coding experience whatsoever.
Finding previously used voices?
So I used a premium female voice based on a style (Sultry) assumed it would be easy enough to find to recreate my avatar for other videos but I've went through each voice and cant find it again. do you remove voices? and how do you recommend filtering them? also, if there is a voice that has multiple styles (cant preview) what is the process to see all the voice styles?

I cannot get out of trial mode
Even though I have done what they told me, when I verified my account I was unable to exit trial mode. I have sent them the receipts for my payments and yet it is not resolved. I think that if it is not resolved in these days I will have to cancel the subscription with the disappointment of having paid and not receiving what is due.

Hello, I encountered an issue while using D-ID. I uploaded an image with dimensions of 690_1180, but when creating a calligraphy video task, the generated video dimensions changed to 491_839.
