So I am getting a box around the head of uploaded characters, even with a green screen background, and with a regular background. Do you have any suggestions for dealing with this? Also, it seems to do better if I insert the green screen background in another program vs. using the background option in Studio.

I used to be able to download the video. Now when it downloads it is a file that cannot be opened called example.com. If I cannot download then I will have to stop my subscription.
