where do we report glitches? when trying to change the title/name of project, it types in backwards .. need to type in backwards for it to read right.

Hi, I just purchased the (monthly) subscription of the advanced tier. I noticed that there are several presenters with "HQ" that will not allow me to select without an upgrade. I was under the impression that I selected the highest tier.
