How do i integrate GPT app created on chat GPT to D-ID Avatar?

Hello the d-id doesn´t generate the videos. the credits were left. it works about 4-7 minutes and after a while, a message showed up that says "something went wrong". And on the video it stands "video failed to generate". How can solve the problem and get my credits back?

I raised the grade, but watermark AI appears

Due to a bad site connection, several of the same videos were created, resulting in duplicate deductions.
