the Scale plan 250 minutes what's the meaning？Generate video？Or something？

Hello! I have attempted to create my videos to utilize in Canva. I have successfully created some but then I have tried twice to make the same video and when it says it is finished creating and then I attempt to listen/watch, nothing happens. Plus, when I attempt to upload to Canva, it says the file is corrupted. It has taken a total of 4 credits. How do I get these credits back? Is there some reason that some of the uploads are corrupted or not working correctly? I am new to this program but am hoping to have my whole organization using this feature - if it works correctly.
