I want to use it as an interactive bot, or an replying bot if customers inquire some. Am I able to use the character itself, not generating videos and speaking what Ive wrote for it?

Maybe this is just a "trial" feature, but will I end up using my credits if I get a license and the API timesout or returns an error.

I am simply not using the service, but I have several credits. If I stop my perscription, do i lose the credits that I have already paid for?

From what I can see, the support for this product isn't strong and the Discussion forms here are pretty dead.

My goal is to create a premium avatar tailored for my business, based on a virtual character that I am already using in my training sessions. I would like to understand if D-ID allows for transforming this existing character into an animated and realistic avatar that I could use more flexibly in my content.
