Can I make a video with my own image, for exampel e picture of myself?

hi! I wasn't able to find this in the documentation:
when using the API, how can I configure the size of the generated video? it's only using only the face area of my picture but I need the whole picture...is there a config for that?

I have an image generated by mid-journey, a simple pixar-style face, that worked one week before, but now when I upload the same image, I get an error that says "no face was recognized in the uploaded image."

I would like to pass continuous stream of audio blobs to the talk stream API.

Has anyone here experienced error 451? It's a bit strange because there is an avatar from the image link which is successful but after I add several new image links I always get error 451, even though I've tried using the browser and it works, I've tried lots of image URLs but I always get 451, I've also tried changing the connection and using VPN.
