I saw that in your platform it is possible to feed the avatar with some files to fine-tune the GPT chat that is integrated, and thus allow the avatar to be specialized in that topic.

Quality of Video Rendering issue in live stream api

I am using the stream api , in which i have a created one steady video it has the good quality
but when i am using the live stream api , the video which coming from server is not matching with the steady video how can i resolve this issue ?
Also I have the Scale Plan
is there any configuration , do i need to do for quality video rendering in live stream?

Flickering of avatar live video feeds when changing from steady to stream talk

for the virtual avatar chatbot,there is flickering of video when changing the state from steady video to live video feed , can you provide the example how can i acheive the smooth transition
I have taken the reference from this repo https://github.com/de-id/live-streaming-demo but it has the same issue.
can you please help out?

I paid for subscription

I paid for a subscription and I got watermark all over my work.I can't even use it online. This company sounds very scammy to me and others. You take customers money,but we can't use the product we purchase from you.
