I have a personalized eleven labs account and voice, can I use it with d-id
transition between idle and streaming.
I want to make a streaming avatar. The original guidelines by D-ID say that we should put in an idle prerecorded animation and play it when not streaming. I have two questions:

Getting errors creating new D-ID Agent
Just got approved to beta test D-ID Agents. I tried creating an agent twice and received an error message that the agent cannot be created.
Talk Endpoint is returning result of s3 URL instead of https URL
Hi, I followed the Talks endpoint and am getting the final result as a s3 bucket url instead of https and am unable to download the final video. I've tried using an SFTP client to download from S3 using my api credentials but that results in a auth error.
Creating New Agent is failing to complete - resulting in loss of 2 credits each time.
I've followed the basic instructions and uploaded documents successfully but it fails each time. I've wasted 4 credits now, so what should we be doing exactly to make the Agents work?
