We use the "Create a talk" endpoint with the Scale plan.
It seems the video results are always square and the same size whatever the size of the image provided. 
How is it possible to get video size with the same ratio of the image ?

I would like to know if there is any way to get credits, I have the lite membership, but I want to know if they will give me credits again over time or do I have to pay another service to get credits again?

I am trying to create a video using a single picture and an audio sample I have uploaded. The program won't allow me to use that audio sample and insists on using one of the canned voices. If i x out of the canned voice, audio is turned off. I have tried using the updated and classic program.
