Credits being used even for API timeouts and errors

Maybe this is just a "trial" feature, but will I end up using my credits if I get a license and the API timesout or returns an error.

How to choose image and voice for streams api

Hi, I'm doing some tests using your streams api, I would like to change the example face and voice, how can I choose an image to animate and the voice of the playing audio? Is there a list to choose from?

Hi, I bought 52 credits in a lite package, but I found out later that I needed a pro package because of the avatars. can I pay a difference for the higher package? or do I have to pay for the whole higher package?

The result_url field does not arrive after adding rectangle params

I added this to create clip, to get 16/9 aspect ratio as mentioned here https://docs.d-id.com/discuss/6551e51f5242820283456b57

Wrong payment value
