I am config the session_timeout to 300, i am unable to make that config , after the session_timeout in body, i am unable to get reponse , i am putting my code down below :

How can I program the agent to interact with me instead of just reading definitions?
I was able to get the Agent to interact with me according to the information and training I gave it previously, however the next time I try to interact it will go into a dictionary type mode where instead of helping me it just reads off definitions. For instance, I ask it to give me a guided meditation session according to the data I uploaded. It will say things like " A guided meditation session is... The person guiding says the following... Instead of talking to me as someone giving a guided session.
Finding previously used voices?
So I used a premium female voice based on a style (Sultry) assumed it would be easy enough to find to recreate my avatar for other videos but I've went through each voice and cant find it again. do you remove voices? and how do you recommend filtering them? also, if there is a voice that has multiple styles (cant preview) what is the process to see all the voice styles?
Ai Agent Response is Blurry

I cannot get out of trial mode
Even though I have done what they told me, when I verified my account I was unable to exit trial mode. I have sent them the receipts for my payments and yet it is not resolved. I think that if it is not resolved in these days I will have to cancel the subscription with the disappointment of having paid and not receiving what is due.
Low FPS animations
All animations that we have created have 9 FPS. It's very low quality.
How can I improve it?
