我之前发过这样的问题，可能你们团队没有看见，所以我重起一个帖子，希望你们团队能够尽快回复一下。
1、我们属于民营企业，主要做的是ERP软件，当前属于研究D-ID看能否找到结合ERP用的场景，若有类似的案例 希望能提供参考。
2、接口的使用量暂时没法告知，当前属于研究阶段，待有恰当的实用场景后才能确定具体使用量。
3、若能提供像"微信"或别的商务快捷联系方式请其提供一个，可以方便随时沟通交流。
4、当然，如果你们巨额得可以安排会议进行沟通的话，我们这边是十分愿意的。
5、最后，比较重要的一点是，我们公司需要提供的发票需要时“增值税专票”。

Hello, how can i pass parameter of image or audio by pre-signed S3 URL ? Look like the api only accept URL with end is the extension file like myfile.jpg or myfile.mp3

I purchased a basic plan two three days ago. I have left with only 2 credits now, as it seems I have used all the credits. Actually, there were some corrections in the script which I corrected and again generated the video. I did't know that this will cut off my credits. But, it happened and now I am with only 2 credits. when I tried to create a new video today, it asked me to upgrade my plan. So, I tried to upgrade. But now it asked me to speak to the support team. So, I am here. Kindly advice.
