Why don't elevenlabs voices work?

I've bought a paid plan and am trying to send a post during a stream for an Elevenlabs voice, but i get a 400 error with error: {"kind":"badrequesterror","description":"script sanitization failed"}. Leaving everythng exactly the same but changing the provider and voice id everything works just fine. The voice in question is: giovanni, with id zcAOhNBS3c14rBihAFp1.

Can we change the background colour or image of AI talking

I would like to change background image would be possible please, as I have to make an talking kiosk/stand where kids will ask question and AI will reply general questions.
