How I can change the avatar to the another one from the list

Any ideas please. This apparent across new media created during the last few days. All previous media created still works ok as expected. This appears to be a new problem.

I have subscribed to the Launch Plan, which mentions that I can use my own S3 bucket. However, I couldn’t find the configuration steps or instructions in the documentation. How can I set up DID to use my S3 bucket? Are there specific IAM permissions or settings required?

I have tried different approaches (loaded the code as widget in a page, and also tried using the custom code settings), but none seem to work. I have whitelisted my domain in the Agents settings.
