Getting 500 internal server error when trying to start WebRTC connection in C# for unity environment

I have been trying to start the webrtc connection to integrate D-ID streams into a unity environment using scripts. Here is my codebase,

I'm using Make.com and creating AI influencer videos with voice and animation successfully. But, what I want to do is add text and maybe music using the same script. I don't see how to do that. Is there a way?

Issue with the connection information for the video RTC to D-ID's servers,

The issue is that the connection information for the video RTC to D-ID's servers, which is returned from their API endpoints, changes depending on the location that the request is coming from. Essentially, unless the API is accessed from the same location that the WebRTC client is running (in our case the client web page), the information that it sends back is broken. Is there a way to fix this issue?
