Getting too many 429 on Stream creation

We keep getting 429 Too Many Requests error when creating a Stream. ( POST to /talks/streams )
Each end-user in our system requires two open D-ID streams.

video created but cannot access: Unknown internal error', 'kind': 'UnknownError'

I am creating a video. From the response json, I know the video is created with a reasonable duration and url. However, when I try to open the url (https://api.d-id.com/talks/tlk_0J_p_WzNyKGC7iU58bEJl), the web page shows "{"message":"Unauthorized"}" and the response json had an extra section "error': {'description': 'Unknown internal error', 'kind': 'UnknownError'}".

Pending url instead of result url using get a specific talk api

I'm using the APIs to retrieve a specific talk but instead of getting a result_url field in the json response I've got pending_url field and a not valid url.

Your API video talks about using API Key as basic authentication. It works well in Postman.

Hi, I bought 52 credits in a lite package, but I found out later that I needed a pro package because of the avatars. can I pay a difference for the higher package? or do I have to pay for the whole higher package?
