I got one error when I am creating video I got error like this 'User is not authorized to access this resource with an explicit deny' so after research I got one solution from d-id.com that Re-generate APIkey then I re-generate API key then I can create video by API but after that I show d-di.com watermark. before Re-Generating API key its working very properly and got AI watermark. why its showing me d-id.com and trail plan when I have launch plan it should shown launch plan and AI watermark

My Alpha the Astral Pilot Chatbot works only in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers on PC. Not in Mozilla Firefox. Also, it doesn't work in any Android or iPhone browsers. I currently run on a VPS with an Nginx server.

I use D-ID platform to create avatars to report the news. The biggest issue that i see with current technology is that you can only get a talking head attached to a static body. I am wanting to have avatars that are more animated and have the body that I am wanting to generate. I can only swap the face on an avatar from any system and there is no such thing as a body swap. If you could have a system that would allow a body and head swap then I think AI video could become more main stream.

I'm using the API key from DiD to use my Chatbot. It works, but it has many pronunciation problems with the prompts. The audio responses in the Streaming Video with OpenAI version 4o vision and OpenAI version 3.5 Turbo are equally as bad. The Chatbot can't pronounce many quotations marks and other punctuation marks, and comes out with "br slash" and "Asterisk" instead. Is there a fix for this? I already tried Enable Chatbot HTML Responses, and Convert Markdown To HTML In AI Generated Post Content, which worked when I use the non-streaming video Chatbots. However, the pronunciation mistakes start again when using this version of the API. Any ideas how to stop this? I will launch soon, so I want this to be a great feature for new visitors. Thanks!

Hi, I am subscriber of D-ID. I recorded my own voice to use in the video, however I recorded in English, but native language is Portuguese, and I want to use it in Portuguese, however my plan support only one voice ... how can I delete the one I recorded and record a new one in Portuguese?
